About Komodo International Math Competition
What is Komodo International Math Competition ?
Komodo International Math Competition is a global mathematics competition designed to challenge and inspire students worldwide. It provides a platform for young learners to demonstrate analytical thinking, creativity, and resilience through high-quality mathematical problems.

Who can join Komodo International Math Competition?
Komodo International Math Competition (KIMC) is open to students worldwide aged up to 18 years old. Participants will be grouped into four categories based on their age/grade level to ensure fair and appropriate competition. Students may register individually or through their school and compete on an international stage.

- Visit https://komodocompetition.com/ to learn the basic information and click ‘REGISTER’ or go to https://math.komodocompetition.com/ to register.
- Create an account.
- Complete your registration data. Make sure you fill the information correctly, especially your full name and school name that will be written on the e-certificate.
- Make a payment of 20 USD (excluding transfer fees) by following the instructions on your account.
- After the payment is processed successfully, verify your ID by uploading a photo of you holding an ID. You can use a school ID card, or any other identification document, etc. This will complete your registration process.
- Keep your account safe, because it will be used for exam simulation and the actual exam. It is also needed to access the exam report and e-certificate.
- Check the website regularly to follow the latest info, tutorial, and announcement.

- Every Thursday (15 February – 28 March 2023) a puzzle and a quiz will be posted
- Answer the puzzle and quiz in the comment
- Every week, the winner is chosen randomly from those who answer correctly and will be announced in our Instagram
- Teachers of all grades can register to participate in the video-making contest by filling out the registration form provided by the commitee.
- The criteria of the video are:
- content of the video should be about one of the topics in the syllabus for any category.
- The video is 3 – 5 minutes long.
- The video language is English.
- The video can be raw or edited.
- The video has never been published on any other platform.
- Details of the submission process will be announced later.
- The Eligible videos will be uploaded to the Organizer’s Youtube Channel (Eduversal) for the popularity contest.
